Transportation
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation is for older adults,
60 years of age and older, who are unable to use private or
public transit. We provide transportation for medical,
dental, hearing, eye care, dialysis, x-rays, and therapy
appointments.

Appointments - Appointments must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. New participants will be
required to register prior to utilizing this service. Transportation is not available on major holidays. To

Service Area - Transportation will be provided within designated service areas of Tuolumne County. If a
participant requires non-emergency medical transportation out of designated service areas or outside of
the county, attempts will be made to assist the participant in arranging transportation
