Home Delivered Meals - The Meals on Wheels program may enable you to continue living in your home
and avoid premature placement in a long-term care facility. This program is also available if you need

Senior Luncheon Program - When you visit one of our 5 sites, you will have an opportunity to relax and get
a hot or cold nutritious lunch, have a chance for a few laughs and you can get caught up on the latest news

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation - If you are unable to arrange private transportation or you are
unable to utilize public transit, this program provides transportation for your various medical appointments
and other related medical needs. We provide transportation for your medical, dental, hearing, vision, x-ray,
therapy, and dialysis appointments.

Firewood for Home Heating - This service supplies, delivers and stacks firewood for your home heating
use. The program is primarily directed towards lower income, homebound and frail seniors whose only
source of heat in the winter is from firewood. Our emphasis is on seniors 75 years of age and older.
